At Green Day Café, we strive to purchase business equipment that helps us take care of our customers and the environment. That is why we went with Call Ring Talk for our phone system needs.
Because we have multiple locations, we needed a system that helps us coordinate all of our offices and route calls to where they need to go from one main number. Call Ring Talk allows us to create a menu so that when customers call in they can reach the location they need, all from one number.
With the intercom and paging system our managers are able to communicate with one another and see if the person they need to talk to is on the other line. A conference room feature is available for when managers need to get together to discuss an important issue.
Groups can be created so that calls can be routed to one person, or everyone in a specific department. We like to use this feature so that when a person calls a specific restaurant, a person who is free can pick up the line so the individual doesn’t have to wait to be served. When a customer needs to place a takeout order or request catering for a special event, the calls are routed to the corporate office. The office takes down all of the information and processes the request by sending it to the appropriate restaurant. This helps individual restaurants take care of their customers instead of spending all of their time on the phone.
With customized messaging, we can let people know about our specials and change the message as frequently as we like. We can even create hold music for people to hear while they are waiting for someone to pick up the other line.
Reliability is another reason we like Call Ring Talk's cloud phone system. Even if one restaurant is experiencing difficulties such as a power outage or Internet issues, customers can still speak to someone from our organization. Then, when the location is up and running again, our corporate office can let them know about the calls they received while the system was down.

It enables each store to have its own extension while at the same time enabling all phone calls to be routed through one main phone number.
